  • Your sponsored registration includes all meals and accommodations at the Retreat at Spring Canyon, one full day and one-half day of mild to wild rafting, soul care ministry coaching and mentoring, and all retreat activities. For more about ground transport, see Travel below.

  • Excludes travel and optional additional activities.

  • Refund Policy - Our Retreat Team works really hard to make this an epic experience. They actually raise finances to help keep this affordable and that helps leaders like us finish our race in ministry. So please honor that investment by not taking your commitment to be there lightly. We all have busy lives and ministry challenges that come up, so short of an absolute emergency let’s make sure our yes is yes.

Travel

  • You'll be traveling to Buena Vista, Colorado. Check it out here:

  • Our Accommodations: Just 15 minutes from downtown Buena Vista, The Retreat at Spring Canyon sits on 110 acres of pristine Colorado Alpine land and rises to 9,026 ft above sea level. The facilities are first class where you will share a large private lodge with up to 25 of your peers, seasoned leaders, and mentors hand-picked for this retreat.

  • If you are flying in, please look for Sunday afternoon or evening flights into Denver (DEN). If you cannot arrive Sunday evening due to flight limitations, then arriving Monday morning is also an option, but Sunday arrival is preferred and will give you the greatest retreat experience with an extra night.

  • Colorado Springs (COS) is also an option for flights but is typically more expensive.

  • Likewise, those driving in should aim to arrive at the retreat on Sunday afternoon or evening.

  • The drive from Denver to Buena Vista is a beautiful and relaxing 3-hour drive. We will try to help you carpool with others arriving near your time.

  • The retreat will end with breakfast on Thursday, so afternoon flights home will be the most convenient option for most guests who are flying.
